Congress dubs govt panel's report on net neutrality 'anti-consumer'
Congress has rejected a government panel's recommendations on net neutrality, describing it as "anti-consumer" and unhealthy for democracy. Party spokesman Salman Khurshid said the condition that people be allowed to access internet messenger services such as WhatsApp without interference of service providers "has not been met" in the report.
