Gujarat HC stays Franklin Templeton's e-vote on winding up of six schemes The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday stayed Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund's e-vote and unit holders meet for the six wound up schemes. We aim to have a clear, transparent liquidation process: Sanjay Sapre, President, Franklin Templeton India The e-voting to finalise the liquidation process of six wound-up schemes of Franklin Mutual fund will take place in a week.
