After the Supreme Court acquitted the AIADMK chief, he promptly vacated the seat. AIADMK gets rid of corruption tag, can inch closer to BJP The acquittal of J Jayalalithaa in the assets case would help AIADMK shed its corruption tag and build bridges with the Modi government which has been explicit on its zero tolerance to corruption.
