Lockdown, Day 52: From farms to the table After small businesses and migrants, the finance minister shifted focus to India's farmers today. The third tranche, which focused on agriculture and allied activities, included a Rs 1 lakh crore fund for agriculture infrastructure and an amendment to the Essential Commodities Act to enable better price realisation for farmers.
