Congress MPs withdraw plea on CJI removal motion from SC
Monday’s high voltage drama involving two Rajya Sabha MPs of Congress challenging the rejection of the removal motion notice against CJI Dipak Misra in the Supreme Court and dramatically mentioning it before Justice J Chelameswar ended with a whimper on Tuesday with counsels Kapil Sibal and Prashant Bhushan abruptly withdrawing the plea.
