A very wonderful devotee named Ram Prasada Das has been diagnosed with untreatable stage four pancreatic cancer and likely has only a few weeks left. Ram Prasad joined the Los Angeles Hare Krishna temple in 1990, and has spent the last 25 years serving and helping others. He was famous for his wonderful cooking of prasadam, which he would distribute to all the devotees in Los Angeles, as well as for his kindness to others.
He was one of the original devotees who opened the Hare Krishna temple in San Jose, California, which now is well-established with a large and active congregation of devotees.
Ram Prasad Das has a 5 year old son named Jaden, who will need support. We request you to help his son by donating something which will be kept for his son's care and education as he grows up.

This page was originally collecting donations for Ram Prasad's treatment, but now he appears to be beyond treatment, so all funds will be used for his son's future.
